How to distinguish natural human hair and synthetic hair ?

There are many hair suppliers out there with many different qualities. And sometimes you are just not ensure the hair extensions or wigs you just bought is 100% natural human hair or any wrong. 1. Hair weight: with the same volume of hair, the synthetic hair is much more heavier than natural human hair, I can say arround 2-3 times heavier.

2. Synthetic hair is easy to be tangle while natural human hair isn't. I'm not saying about low quality non-remy hair which is easy to be tangle. The natural human hair with full cutticles alligned will not be easy to be tangle, and in case the hair is tangle, it's also easy to de-tangle hairs while synthetic hair cannot.

3. Natural hair strands are thinner and naturally shiny which will be blend very well with your own hair.

4. Burn the hair: Human hair will turn into ashes after burning and will have a smell of a burning feather or barbecue. But if the product is mixed with any synthetic fiber, it will melt into hard solid and will have a strong chemical smell.
