Ordering

This is the first time I’ve bought hair from Vietnam, how can I trust you?

We are a big hair company in Vietnam, you can do the research and find us on all media such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest…

We also have our own website at https://halyhair.com

All the products photos/videos are recorded with authorized logo.

Our sales staffs can do direct video call with you in our working time and show you our office, our actual products if necessary.

And lastly, you can use Paypal to pay to secure your money.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order request, you can order from 1 pack - 100 grams for hair extensions, and 1 pc for closure/frontal and wigs

There will be discount rate when you buy more, from 1 kgs order. Please contact with our team via WhatsApp +84854448485 to get saving code.

Can I get free samples to test the quality of your hair?

We can give you free samples (about 10-20 grams) of hair but you need to pay shipping fee, or other fee (if applicable)

Because shipping fee is expensive, so we suggest that you can buy 1-2 bundles as the sample order to not waste the shipping fee.

How can I place an order?

For small quantity (under 10 packs), you can order on our website directly.

In case you want to order in big quantity (more than 10 packs - 1kg), please contact our team to get discount

What are your payment terms?

We accept payment through Western Union, Money Gram, RIA, WISE TRANSFER, Master card, Visa Card, and Paypal… with no
additional fee, Bank Tranfer with payment fee $15 each transaction.

I don’t want to pay tax/pay less for tax, what can I do?

Firstly, please understand that all the import tax and duty of receiver’s country need to be paid by the receiver (if applicable)

When we send hair extensions to you, we can declare the lower value with customs and name “synthentic hair”, so in the most case, there will no tax or very small tax amount will be counted on you.

if I am not satisfied with the hair quality, can I return the hair?

yes, we have policy for return or exchange the hair if you’re not satisfy. Please find more information on this link

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How do you ship to me? Is this safe? How long can I receive the hairs?

We ship through DHL/UPS/FedEx depending which country you
are located.

For Nigerian customers, we can ship through shipping agent

When we send hairs out, there will be a tracking number provided to you which you can track easily on their website, it’s very safe

Our production lead-time 7-8 days, delivery time to US & Canada 3-4 days, Europe countries 5-6 days, African countries 7-9 days. In total, you can receive hairs from 10-17 days depending on where are you located.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Please also advise your full address with phone number, so we can arrange the shipment to you. We can deliver worldwide through DHL/UPS/FEDEX or shipping agent. Depend on your location, you can receive your order in 3-5 days (NA, EU, Australia…) or 7-9 days (Africa countries)
