Within 48 hours from placing order successfully, you can change the items in your order providing that the value of new items is the same or smaller with the original one (the difference amount will not be returned in any case).
To change this, please contact with any of our sales staff on the website, advise your order number and discuss about what item needing to be changed.
An official email will be sent to your registered email to confirm the change & this will be considered as your final order.
To support you to have the best shopping experience, we accept RETURN or EXCHANGE with no-reason within 7 days from the date receipt providing that it’s accordance with our return and exchange policy.
Human hair extensions are hygienic products, to ensure the hygiene and safety for all our client, we only can accept RETURNING in case the original packaging has not been opened. Please have the products thoroughly inspected the color, length, looking… without opening the packaging.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days return period. We should receive the shipping back items unopened at the original packaging within 14 days from the date receipt date or a return will not be considered.
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost will be issued after we received, inspected and confirmed that the products has not been opened and at original packing.
When the packaging are opened, but you have not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, wear or any other treatment to the hair, and with some reason, the order does not meet your expectation, please send it back to us within 7 days exchange period. We will exchange your order with other items under your choice which have equal value with original one after we received your exchanged order. We should receive the shipping back items unused at the original situation within 14 days from the date receipt date or an exchange will not be considered.
All shipping, handling fee, tax and duty (which may occur) are at customer’s expense.
